The kept pages are copied over exactly as they were (text, fonts, images, annotations), since nothing is re-rendered, only left out.
Does removing pages affect the quality of the remaining ones?
No. The kept pages are copied over structurally, not re-rendered, so nothing about their content changes.
Can I remove several pages or a whole range at once?
